Lindsey is trained in evidence-based modalities such as Intuitive Eating, Health at Every Size (HAES), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-E). She integrates somatic and trauma-informed practices to address the underlying emotional pain that fuels disordered eating.
