About Erika
Erika works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, postpartum challenges, and sports performance struggles, helping them feel seen, supported, and empowered. Her approach blends honesty, humor, and empathy, creating a space to be real while exploring the patterns that may be holding them back.

She earned her master’s degree from Bellevue University and brings both professional and lived experience to her work. A lifelong athlete, Erika played soccer growing up and at Creighton University, which fueled her passion for supporting athletes with mental barriers in performance. Later, her time at LinkedIn gave her firsthand insight into the pressures of corporate life and balancing career, family, and transitions. These experiences shape her ability to connect with the challenges of modern life, including the isolating aspects of postpartum.

Erika’s therapy style is collaborative and down-to-earth—she helps clients explore challenges, uncover strengths, and find practical ways forward.

Outside the office, Erika loves spending time with her husband, their two children, and their two French Bulldogs. She also enjoys traveling, reading, going to concerts, family movie nights, binging new shows, and cheering on her favorite sports teams.
